This cake stencil set has many was for you to create a colorful Happy Anniversary Plaque for your cakes. Plaque size is 5.5" W x 4 1/8 " H. Numbers are 1" H. You can use the plaque shaped opening to air brush or brush with powders the shape right onto your surface. Then use the lettering and numbers to complete by either troweling on royal icing or brushing on a contrasting color (C892)

Instructions

Our photos show how you can use the shape to cut out a fondant or gum paste plaque.

We rolled our our gum paste, then with powder brushed on a background design (this was our chevron pattern). Then we placed the Happy Birthday stencil over the chevron pattern and cut out the plaque shape.

Next, we troweled over the lettering with royal icing and sprinkled red sparkle dust over it before carefully removing the stencil.

Finally, on waxed paper, we troweled a thick amount of icing over the numbers we wanted. After lifting the stencil, you want to shake the paper so the edges of the icing round down.

While the icing is still wet, sprinkle sparkle dust to cover.

When the numbers dry, you can gently lift them off and position on your plaque.
