This double-sided fondant and gum paste cutter is specially sized to decorate the tops of cupcakes. One side of the cutter produces a twelve-petal blossom. The reverse side of the cutter produces a perfect circle which can be placed atop a standard cupcake and used as the base for lettering or a fondant/gum paste design.
