We are a retail company with very competitive product prices. Therefore we do not offer 'wholesale or discounted corporate pricing'.
Our prices are the same for all our customers.
We do not distribute or provide stock to other retailers or for events in any quantities. We import products solely for our store and do not offer general importation services.
We do not stock Registered Trademark, Copyright products or any items protected by intellectual property rights without express permission and licensing fee.
Please note product prices depicted on our site are accurately and fairly priced and not padded to allow for lower shipping rates. We feel this would not be fair to our instore customers. Some products we carry may at times be out of stock, be limited in quantities or have become no longer available. Accordingly order adjustments may be required. We reserve the right to ship the same or similar product by another brand name. Those customers will be informed. We reserve the right to limit quantities in the best interest of our company and our customers.
Shipping rates and estimated date of arrival for your order come directly from Canada Post and not from our company. We have no control over the information Canada Post sends our customers regarding fees or estimated arrival date. Canada Post rates are based on dimensions and weight of your order as well as postal code to postal code (distance) and the level of service you have chosen. Level of service and dimensions being the dominate factors. Only the customer (and not our company) is sent the estimated date of arrival from Canada Post. Estimated date of arrival is based on shipping the item immediately. It does not allow for picking, packing and delivering your items to the postal depot. Therefore please allow a week for dispatch of you order.
In order to receive a proper shipping calculation, please be sure to provide us with a complete address when you register for your account, including any necessary security access codes/buzzer numbers. Canada Post will return the shipment to us without attempting any correction. Charges levied by the carrier for address correction, redirection, or return of your order are the sole responsibility of you the purchaser and will be charged back to you. An additional shipping fee will apply for reshipment of your order.
International shipments may be subject to customs brokerage, local import duties, and other charges, which are the sole responsibility of the addressee/receiver, as are any taxes levied by government authorities in the destination country. International shipments maybe subject to customs and border security inspections and may be opened which may cause delays in delivery. International shipments will include a commercial invoice, including contents and value of the shipment.
Within Canada shipping via Canada Post is available to post office boxes and postal designations such as rural routes and general delivery. Also within Canada shipping and handling charges are subject to applicable taxes. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
If no one is available to accept delivery Canada Post will leave a delivery notice card and instructions for retrieving the package at a local postal office, from where it can be obtained within five business days, following the shipment will be returned. Again an additional shipping fee will apply for reshipment of the order.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our store and is in the possession of the delivery agent/Canada Post it becomes the responsibilty of the delivery agent to provide you with the delivery service you have purchased. Our company does not offer compensation such as discounts/refunds for 'late' deliveries by the delivery agent/Canada Post. Any delivery issues must be referred to the delivery agent/Canada Post.
We offer Pick Up service for those customers who wish to come to our store and pick up their orders. Customers also have the choice to arrange their own delivery service (Fedex, UPS, Uber, etc) to pick up their order. Simply check off the Pick Up Box on the order/basket page before checking out. Please Note On pick up please have your order number and the name it was purchased under available. *We do not guarantee same day pick up. Orders are processed in the order they are received. We do not expedite orders for a fee. Orders received after store hours are not guaranteed to be available for pick up the next day. You will be notified *one time once your order is ready for pick up. Please do not come to pick up your order unless you were contacted. *Please check your order during pick up. We are not responsible for any discrepancies once you leave the store.
Canceled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee once they have been processed for pick up or shipping. As products become dated no refunds will be issued for orders not picked up past 14 days.
Back Orders and Out of Stock Items
Out of Stock We are not able to ship Back Orders. Out of Stock items will have to be reordered when available.
